Transitional Residence in Toluca Lake

Located in the semi-private enclave of Los Angeles known as Toluca Lake, this Transitional Residence is comprised of Traditional varied massing with Modern materials and detailing. A standing seam metal roof with limestone, stucco, and glass walls are the primary exterior materials, while wood, plaster, and glass are the interior materials. A sense of openness with spatial and material variety runs throughout the Main House and Guest House.
