On 165 acres of land 9,000 feet above sea level with lakes and a river, Mountain Lodges, Mining structures, and U.S. Forestry service buildings of the 1930’s and 1940’s all served as inspiration for this project. In the Main Residence, several families have individual full suites, each with their own unique character, while kids take over the Bunkhouse. Winter skiing and sledding, plus summer baseball, fishing, canoeing, and horseback riding make the Steam Grotto
and Spa a welcomed evening gathering spot. Centuries old timbers, floors and wall surfaces, tin ceilings, simple subway tile and radiant heating foster relaxation for all within.
